Parkinson's Awareness Month:30 Days-30 Stories/Day Twenty-Seven: Awareness at the Library
Rosemary Sammons, 74, is a resident of Westchester, Illinois. She's suffered from Parkinson's Disease for more than five years.
In 2013, Ms. Sammons partnered with 21 Chicago area libraries to put together a display about Parkinson's Disease.
The display ran for the entire month of April, which is Parkinson' Awareness Month. It's also running now at those libraries. Better hurry..it closes at the end of the month.
