We need more women in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame: Here's ten deserving candidates
This week the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame announced their newest class. The 2020 inductees are five members. Only one of the five, Whitney Houston, is a woman. There were sixteen nominees and only three were women.
Last year, Janet Jackson was elected. In her speech, she mentioned that Hall needs to have more women represented. She was right. Only eight per cent of the Hall's inductees are women.
There are many women worthy of inclusion into the Hall of Fame. Here's a look at ten artists and bands:

So R&R HoF, there's plenty of women for you to choose from. If you need some more, how about Beth Hart, Valerie Simpson, Karen Carpenter, Alanis Morissette and the Indigo Girls? I can go on....do your job!
